If any functions, other than those tested, are identified as defective within 14 days of purchase, please return to have the device inspected by a technician. Inspection may take between 1-48 hours. If there is no sign of after sale damage, the device will be repaired or replaced by Play Innovations. However, if there is any sign of after sale damage, Play Innovations is NOT liable for damages and the device must be repaired at the customer’s expense.
Please note that items can only be repaired or replaced. Cash refunds do NOT apply to open box used or other new devices unless a repair or a replacement have been previously issued. Our warranty does NOT cover batteries or LCD screens that have cracked or became damaged and non-responsive after purchase.
